Brock Hashimoto

President

Brock possesses extensive regulatory expertise and industry acumen. His distinguished career in the maritime sector spans over 15 years, marked by an impressive 11-year tenure as an Active-Duty and presently as a Reservist, Senior Marine Inspector in the U.S. Coast Guard. His tenure within the U.S. Coast Guard, coupled with his extensive professional connections, positions him as a highly valuable asset for any client.

Now he aims to serve the maritime industry as an advocate for his clients regulatory needs, business goals and to drive innovation boundaries to new levels.

Brock earned a undergraduate degree in Ship Systems Design from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and a Masters Degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Jake Elks

VP, Business Development

Jake has over 26 years professional experience spanning federal government contracting, regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness and response, vessel safety and security. Areas of expertise include sales, regulatory interpretation and enforcement, inspection of critical items and systems, and hazardous material response at all levels of government, private sector and military.

Jake has worked on both sides of federal regulation, and with a range of people and organizations, including regulators, developers, local government, state and federal agencies, consulting firms, and military organizations. He is a proven relationship builder, highly motivated facilitator who thrives in an autonomous work environment.

Jake earned an undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies from UNC Ashville. Professional certifications include HAZMAT Tech and Advanced Marine Inspector.

Thomas Cinko

VP, Business Operations

With more than 30 years of professional experience and a retired military officer (CWO4), Thomas is a goal-oriented and driven executive with extensive experience in disaster response, program and contract management, business development, strategic planning, and technical leadership.

With a proven track record of driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and leading cross-functional teams. He is ardently adept at leading multidisciplinary teams through complex projects, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulations. His expertise in high-tech, hardware and software, government systems and hazardous environments is a truly unique skillset.

Thomas earned a undergraduate degree in Environmental Science and a Masters Degree in Business Operations. Professional certifications include Systems and Network Engineering, Six Sigma Greenbelt, PM Level 1, Contracting Officer Technical Rep. and NFPA 306 Technical Committee Member.
